LAS VEGAS – If you’ve been in the blackjack community on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube, then you’ve probably run into John Cerasani, the self-proclaimed “best blackjack player to walk the land.”
Prior to his fame playing legal blackjack, Cerasani was an author, entrepreneur, and venture capitalist who sold his company, an insurance firm, and sold it for tens of millions of dollars before retiring at age 37.

Helping him gain well over 1 million followers across social media is his high-stakes style of play while playing blackjack. His videos are of him playing hands of well over $10k in some cases, and winnings of $50k and above. While most of his content is of himself playing in a casino, he does post educational blackjack videos as well.
He’s created his own “Cerasani Blackjack Rules,” which is just pushing players to bet aggressively and take opportunities to double down and split whenever they come.
Those watching his videos find that he plays at several high limit blackjack casinos in and around Las Vegas, including the Wynn, Aria, Venetian, and Circa, to name a few.
