TAMPA, Fla. – There is one week left in the Hard Rock Tampa Casino $20k blackjack tournament series, with one preliminary tournament remaining before the championship round.
From October 1st to December 17th, the Hard Rock Casino in Tampa has been running weekly $20k legal blackjack tournaments for a chance to participate in the final round on December 20th with a $25k prize pool.
Wednesday marks the final tournament of the series, where players can buy in for $100 and have unlimited re-buys. Sign up opens at 6:00 p.m. near the blackjack pit next to the Hard Rock Café. The blackjack tournament itself will run from 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
First place in the Wednesday tournament will walk away with $20,000 in cash, while 2nd-6th will each earn $300 in promotional chips.
Hard Rock Tampa Championship Blackjack Round
The chip leaders from the tournament series will be invited to play in the December 20th tournament, where the prize pool is $25k, with first place taking $20k home in promo chips and 2nd-6th place each taking $1,000 in promo chips home.
- The championship tournament will be played at 4:00 p.m.
ThrillAgain Feature
Throughout the tournament series and into the championship round, the “ThrillAgain” feature will be in full effect as it has been. What this is, is it allows the player to purchase and replace any card for a new card for a $100 price.
