HIGHLAND, Calif. – Yaamava Resort & Casino is gearing up for the New Year with their 2026 themed blackjack tournament, worth up to $202,026 in total winnings being paid out.
The legal blackjack tournament will take place on January 3rd, with registration beginning at 12 pm until 4:30 pm. The tournament itself will be played from 12:30 pm to 5 pm.
This is a two day event, with the second day of tournament play lasting from 1 pm to 4 pm and registration only lasting from 12 pm to 12:50 pm.
Both days of the tournament will take place at Pit #6, which is located near the Pines Modern Steakhouse.
Following the first day of the tournament, a “Wild Card Drawing” will determine five additional players to move on to the quarterfinal round, which is played on January 4th.
The Payouts
In total, $202,026 will be paid out to the first place winner. The winner will have the option of either taking home $102,026 in cash or the full $202,026 in promotional casino chips, as well as a first place trophy as the first winner of the year.
In addition to the first place prize, there will be a drawing for five winners at the end of the tournament who will each be awarded with $1,000 in promotional casino chips.
